About the Role:
Join our team as a Senior Resident - Orthopaedics at Dr. M.K. Shah Medical College & Research Centre.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Diagnose and treat patients with orthopaedic and musculoskeletal disorders.
- Perform elective and emergency orthopaedic surgeries, including trauma and joint procedures.
- Conduct pre-operative evaluations and develop surgical or conservative management plans.
- Manage post-operative care, rehabilitation, and long-term follow-ups for patients.
- Handle complex trauma cases and orthopaedic emergencies.
- Accurately interpret radiological investigations and diagnostic reports.
- Lead and supervise residents, junior doctors, and orthopaedic staff.
