About the Role:
Join Quench Techno Valley as a Sr. Resident in Psychiatry, where you'll significantly contribute to patient care in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with psychiatric, behavioral, emotional, and substance use disorders.
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and mental status examinations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including pharmacological and psychotherapeutic interventions.
- Manage inpatient, outpatient, emergency psychiatric, and consultation-liaison psychiatry cases.
- Monitor patient progress, medication responses, and treatment outcomes, adjusting management plans as necessary.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- MD in Psychiatry.
- 0 to 5 years of work experience in a relevant field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient care and team collaboration.
