What You'll Be Doing:
- Deliver lectures, clinical teaching, and practical sessions for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Supervise and mentor Assistant Professors, Residents, and Interns.
- Participate in patient care, ward rounds, OPD, and emergency services for clinical departments.
- Guide postgraduate dissertations, thesis work, and research activities.
- Conduct internal assessments, university exams, and viva examinations.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- An MD in Ophthalmology.
- 0 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, decision-making, and presentation skills.
