About the Role:
Join Quench Techno Valley as a Consultant Ortho and take part in enhancing patient care within our esteemed healthcare organization.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Diagnose and manage patients with musculoskeletal disorders, including fractures, joint disorders, spinal problems, and sports injuries.
- Perform orthopedic surgeries such as joint replacements, arthroscopy, fracture fixation, and corrective procedures.
- Evaluate patients pre- and post-operatively, ensuring optimal functional outcomes and recovery.
- Manage orthopedic emergencies and coordinate care in trauma and critical care settings.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physiotherapy, radiology, and rehabilitation specialists.
- Mentor and train junior doctors, residents, and fellows in orthopedic procedures and patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure adherence to hospital protocols and regulatory standards.

- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of work experience in Orthopedics.
- Strong patient care skills and a commitment to teamwork.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and good communication skills.
