What You'll Be Doing:
- Conduct comprehensive nephrology consultations and clinical assessments.
- Manage chronic kidney disease, acute kidney injury, hypertension, and electrolyte disorders.
- Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Review and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostic investigations.
- Manage patients requiring dialysis and coordinate renal replacement therapy.
- Prescribe and monitor medications according to patient conditions.
- Provide emergency care for acute renal and electrolyte-related conditions.
