What You'll Be Doing:
- Examine, diagnose, and treat eye disorders and vision problems.
- Perform ophthalmic surgeries as per specialization.
- Conduct OPD consultations and ward rounds.
- Manage ophthalmic emergencies and trauma cases.
- Prescribe medications, glasses, and treatment plans.
- Ensure accurate clinical documentation and EMR updates.
- Maintain patient safety and clinical quality standards.
- Participate in audits, CMEs, and hospital quality programs.
- Train and guide junior doctors and optometrists (if applicable).
