What You'll Be Doing:
- Evaluate and manage critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Perform and supervise life-saving procedures such as intubation, central line insertion, ventilator management, and resuscitation.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment as required.
- Lead multidisciplinary ICU rounds and coordinate with specialists.
- Ensure compliance with infection control and ICU protocols.
