About the Role:

What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide direct patient care including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily activities.
- Implement care plans prescribed by physicians and ensure accurate documentation.
- Assist in medical procedures, wound care, IV therapy, and other clinical interventions.
- Monitor patients’ conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and families on health management, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.

- Experience: 1 to 3 Years (2 Years preferred)
