About the Role:
Join us as a Staff Nurse/Sr. Staff Nurse in our Neuro Operating Theatre at Paras HMRI Hospital, Indrapuri, Patna.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Prepare the Neuro Operating Theatre (OT) for surgical procedures, ensuring a sterile and safe environment.
- Assist neurosurgeons during operations by providing instruments, suction, and other required support.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and anesthesia response during surgery under the guidance of anesthesiologists.
- Maintain aseptic techniques and infection control protocols throughout the procedure.
- Ensure proper handling, labeling, and disposal of surgical instruments, specimens, and biohazard materials.
- Prepare and maintain OT equipment, surgical instruments, and consumables before and after surgery.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- Relevant experience in a clinical setting (1 to 7 years).
- Strong communication skills and decision-making ability.
