About the Role:
Join Paras HMRI Hospital as a Staff Nurse/Sr. Staff Nurse in the Cardiac OT team. Your expertise will contribute to exceptional patient care.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Prepare the Cardiac OT with all necessary surgical instruments, equipment, and sterile supplies for cardiothoracic procedures.
- Assist cardiac surgeons during surgeries including CABG, valve replacements, and congenital heart defect repairs.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and anesthesia response throughout procedures.
- Maintain strict aseptic techniques and adhere to infection control protocols.
- Coordinate effectively with the surgical team to ensure smooth workflow.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- A BSC Nursing degree.
- 1 to 7 years of work experience in a healthcare setting.
