About the Role: Join our dedicated team as a NICU Staff Nurse at ILS Hospitals in Salt Lake, Kolkata.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide specialized nursing care to neonates in NICU.
- Monitor and record vital signs, oxygen saturation & intake-output.
- Assist neonatologists during procedures & emergencies.
- Operate and maintain NICU equipment (ventilators, incubators).
- Administer medications, IV fluids & nutrition as prescribed.
- Ensure strict infection control and aseptic practices.
- Support parents through counseling and education.
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation & reports.
- Respond promptly to neonatal emergencies.
- Follow NICU protocols, NABH standards & hospital policies.
Our Ideal Candidate Has: 3 to 4 years of work experience and strong skills in teamwork, communication, and time management, along with a focus on infection control.
