About the Role: Join Paras HMRI Hospital as a Staff Nurse/Sr. Staff Nurse in the Orthopedic OT department, bringing your expertise to our dedicated team.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Prepare the Orthopedic OT and ensure all surgical instruments and equipment are sterile and ready.
- Assist orthopedic surgeons during procedures such as joint replacements, fracture fixations, and arthroscopy.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and anesthesia response during surgery in coordination with anesthesiologists.
- Maintain aseptic techniques and follow strict infection control protocols throughout surgeries.
- Handle surgical instruments, implants, and disposables carefully, ensuring proper labeling and storage.
- Coordinate with surgical team, anesthesia staff, and nursing colleagues for efficient workflow.
- Document intraoperative details, patient status, and post-operative observations accurately.
