What You'll Be Doing:
- Oversee and manage all hospital operations during night shifts.
- Supervise nursing and support staff along with other night duty personnel.
- Ensure patient safety, care, and comfort throughout the night.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and critical situations.
- Monitor admissions, discharges, and patient flow during night hours.
- Maintain accurate records, incident reports, and handover notes for day staff.
- Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- A BSC Nursing degree.
- 2 to 8 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication skills, decision-making capabilities, and self-motivation.
