About the Role: As a NICU Nurse, you will provide specialized nursing care to newborns, including premature and critically ill infants.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Monitor vital signs such as heart rate, oxygen saturation, temperature, and respiration.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, and nutrition as prescribed by neonatologists.
- Operate and monitor NICU equipment like ventilators, incubators, CPAP, and infusion pumps.
- Assist doctors during neonatal procedures and emergency interventions.
- Maintain strict infection control practices as per NICU protocols.
- Educate and counsel parents regarding baby care, feeding, and discharge instructions.
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records.
