About the Role:
Join KIMS Hospitals as a Labour Nursing Incharge and play a key role in ensuring quality patient care.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Supervise day-to-day operations of the labour room.
- Allocate duties and prepare duty rosters for nursing and support staff.
- Ensure readiness of labour room equipment, emergency drugs, and supplies.
- Monitor fetal and maternal conditions during labour and assist obstetricians.
- Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols.
- Handle obstetric emergencies and ensure rapid medical response.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- Minimum of 8 Years experience in nursing, preferably in a labour room setting.
- A qualification in BSc Nursing / GNM.
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Critical care knowledge and experience in emergency situations.
