About the Role:
Join Paras HMRI Hospital, Indrapuri as a Dialysis Staff Nurse, where you will play a crucial role in patient care.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Prepare and maintain dialysis machines, equipment, and supplies for patient treatment.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis sessions, including vital signs and hemodynamic status.
- Assist in vascular access management, including AV fistula and catheter care.
- Administer prescribed medications and fluids during dialysis under physician guidance.
- Ensure infection control and aseptic techniques throughout the dialysis procedure.
- Educate patients and families on dialysis procedures, diet, fluid restrictions, and post-treatment care.
- Document patient assessments, dialysis sessions, complications, and progress accurately.
