About the Role: Join Baroda Heart Institute and Research Centre (BHIRC) as a Cathlab Scrub Nurse, contributing directly to exceptional patient care in Vadodara, Gujarat.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Prepare the cardiac catheterization lab and surgical instruments for procedures.
- Assist cardiologists during angiography, angioplasty, and other cardiac interventions.
- Maintain aseptic technique and ensure infection control standards are followed.
- Monitor patient vitals and assist in patient preparation before procedures.
- Handle, pass, and count surgical instruments, devices, and consumables accurately.
- Document procedures, patient data, and inventory usage in the Cathlab.
- Participate in equipment maintenance, sterilization, and troubleshooting.
- Provide support and education to patients regarding post-procedure care.
