About the Role:
Join Thalamus Institute of Medical Sciences as a Nursing Head and lead a dedicated nursing team in providing exceptional patient care.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead and manage the entire nursing department, ensuring high standards of patient care.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and clinical protocols.
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, recruitment, and workforce planning.
- Ensure compliance with NABH/JCI standards and infection control guidelines.
- Monitor nursing performance and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and training to nursing staff.
- Coordinate with medical, administrative, and support departments for smooth operations.
- Manage budgeting and resource utilization within the nursing department.
