What You'll Be Doing:
- Preparing the OT for surgeries, ensuring the availability of instruments & consumables.
- Assisting surgeons and anesthetists during surgical procedures.
- Maintaining a sterile environment and following infection control protocols.
- Performing surgical counts before, during & after procedures.
- Monitoring patient safety, positioning & vital signs.
- Handling and maintaining OT equipment & instruments.
- Providing pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
- Maintaining accurate OT documentation & records.
- Ensuring compliance with NABH, safety & OT protocols.
- Coordinating with OT, CSSD & nursing teams.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- GNM/BSc qualification.
- 3 to 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
- Strong communication abilities and stress management skills.
