About the Role:
Join our dedicated team at Lotus Hospital as an ICU Nurse in Valsad, Gujarat, and make a significant impact in patient care.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, ventilator settings, and neurological status.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, blood products, and injections as prescribed.
- Operate and manage ICU equipment such as ventilators, monitors, infusion pumps, and defibrillators.
- Assist doctors during emergency procedures, including intubation and central line insertion.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- A BSc degree in nursing.
- 0 to 5 years of relevant work experience, with the flexibility to adapt to the dynamic ICU environment.
- Strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and excellent patient safety practices.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
