About the Role: We are seeking a Nursing Incharge for our Critical Care unit at Paras HMRI Hospital, Indrapuri, Patna.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Supervise and manage daily operations of the critical care unit, ensuring high-quality patient care.
- Allocate duties and monitor performance of nursing staff.
- Coordinate patient admissions, transfers, and discharges effectively.
- Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols.
- Monitor patient care plans, medications, and treatment protocols.
- Mentor and train junior nurses and support staff.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- A degree in BSC Nursing.
- 9 to 15 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
