About the Role:
Join Geetanjali Institute of Medical Sciences as a dedicated General Ward Nurse in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide direct nursing care to admitted patients as per the doctor’s treatment plan.
- Monitor and record vital signs, intake-output, and patient progress regularly.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, and injections accurately and safely.
- Assist doctors during ward rounds and bedside procedures.
- Maintain proper nursing documentation and update patient records.
- Ensure infection control practices and maintain hygiene in the ward.
- Educate patients and attendants about treatment, medications, and discharge care.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and provide basic life support when required.
