What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide comprehensive care to ICU patients.
- Lead ICU rounds and clinical decision-making.
- Perform invasive ICU procedures as required.
- Manage ventilators and advanced life-support systems.
- Coordinate with surgeons, physicians, and nursing teams.
- Respond to medical emergencies and Code Blue calls.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and EMR.
- Ensure patient safety, infection control, and quality care.
- Participate in audits, protocols, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Train and supervise residents, RMOs, and ICU staff.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- A DM qualification and relevant ICU experience up to 5 years.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
