About the Role: Join us as a Junior Resident - General Physician at Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan Medical College and Hospital (DSMCH).
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide clinical care to patients in the ward, OPD, and emergency under senior supervision.
- Conduct patient history taking, physical examinations, and document clinical findings.
- Diagnose common medical conditions and develop treatment plans.
- Order and interpret investigations as required.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment, and manage complications.
- Assist in emergency management and stabilization of critical patients.
- Maintain accurate medical records and participate in case discussions and teaching sessions.
