About the Role: Join our team as a Senior Resident in critical care at Max Super Speciality Hospital in Noida.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing round-the-clock ICU patient care under consultant supervision.
- Monitoring and managing ventilators, inotropes, and life-support systems.
- Responding to medical emergencies and Code Blue calls.
- Assisting and performing critical care procedures.
- Participating in daily ICU rounds and treatment planning.
- Maintaining accurate ICU notes and medical records.
- Coordinating with a multidisciplinary ICU team.
- Counseling patient attendants as advised by consultants.
- Ensuring adherence to ICU protocols and safety standards.
- Participating in clinical audits and academic activities.
