About the Role: Join MediVaah as a Neurosurgeon in Ongole, Andhra Pradesh. You will be an integral part of our healthcare team.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Diagnose and manage neurosurgical patients (brain, spine, nerves).
- Perform elective and emergency neurosurgeries.
- Provide preoperative assessment and postoperative care.
- Collaborate with ICU, anesthesiology, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Participate in clinical rounds, academic meetings, and CMEs.
- Supervise junior doctors, residents, and surgical trainees.
- Maintain accurate patient records, surgical notes, and EMRs.
- Counsel patients and families on procedures, risks, and prognosis.
- Ensure adherence to hospital SOPs, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Contribute to research, publications, and continuous improvement in neurosurgical care.
