About the Role: Join our team as a Histopathologist at Metropolis Healthcare Ltd. in Gurugram, Haryana.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Examine and diagnose tissue samples & biopsies.
- Perform and report histopathology & surgical pathology cases.
- Conduct and interpret special stains & IHC studies.
- Provide accurate and timely diagnostic reports.
- Participate in tumor boards & clinico-pathological meetings.
- Maintain quality control & lab accreditation standards.
- Supervise technical staff and junior pathologists.
- Ensure compliance with hospital & regulatory guidelines.
- Support clinicians with diagnostic opinions & second reviews.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- DNB /MD in Pathology.
- 3 to 8 years of work experience in a relevant field.
- Strong time management, reporting skills, effective communication, and teamwork abilities.
