About the Role:
Join our esteemed consultancy as a Consultant General & Minimal Access Surgeon, where your clinical expertise will make a significant impact on patient care.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Diagnose and manage general surgical conditions, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
- Perform open and laparoscopic surgeries, including cholecystectomy, appendectomy, and hernia repairs.
- Manage surgical emergencies and conduct pre-operative assessments as well as provide comprehensive post-operative care.
- Plan OT schedules in collaboration with the Anaesthesia and Nursing teams, ensuring adherence to surgical protocols.
- Participate in clinical audits and contribute to departmental SOPs.
- Counsel patients and families on surgical options, maintaining ethical practices throughout.
