About the Role:
Join Shri Ram Murti Smarak Institute of Medical Sciences (SRMSIMS) as a Staff Nurse and provide vital nursing care to patients.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide direct nursing care to patients as per doctor’s orders.
- Monitor vital signs and patient condition regularly.
- Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids safely.
- Assist doctors during procedures, rounds, and emergencies.
- Maintain infection control practices and ensure patient safety.
- Record nursing notes and update patient charts accurately.
- Educate patients and families about care plans and medications.
- Prepare patients for tests, procedures, and surgeries.
- Coordinate with other departments for patient care services.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- BSc/MSc in Nursing.
- 0 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Documentation and Time Management Skills.
- Excellent Communication and Teamwork skills.
