About the Role:
Join our team as a Senior Resident in General Surgery where you'll play a vital role in patient care.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist in and perform elective and emergency general surgical procedures.
- Conduct pre-operative assessments and obtain informed consent.
- Manage intra-operative and post-operative patient care.
- Handle surgical emergencies and trauma cases.
- Conduct daily ward rounds and monitor patient recovery.
- Coordinate with anesthetists, nurses, and OT staff.
- Maintain accurate surgical records and documentation.
- Supervise junior residents and interns.
- Ensure adherence to surgical safety standards and hospital protocols.
- Participate in academic activities, audits, and clinical training programs.
