What You'll Be Doing:
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic kidney diseases (AKI, CKD).
- Manage and supervise hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis services.
- Treat electrolyte, acid–base, and hypertension disorders related to renal disease.
- Provide renal support to critically ill patients in ICU.
- Evaluate and manage pre- and post-renal transplant patients.
- Coordinate care with intensivists, surgeons, and other specialists.
- Counsel patients and families on kidney disease management and lifestyle changes.
- Maintain accurate medical records and clinical documentation.
- Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement, and accreditation activities.
- Follow evidence-based clinical guidelines and patient safety protocols.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- Qualifications: DM/DrNB in Nephrology.
- Work experience: 0 to 2 Years. As per NMC Norms.
- Essential skills: Problem Solving, Team Work, Communications Skills, Time Management Skills.
