- Monitor and record vital signs, neurological status, and hemodynamic parameters of ICU patients.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, blood products, and injections as prescribed by intensivists.
- Operate and monitor ventilators, cardiac monitors, infusion pumps, and dialysis machines.
- Provide pre- and post-operative care to critically ill and high-risk patients.
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation and patient records.
- Assist doctors during emergency procedures, intubation, CPR, and invasive interventions.
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control, safety protocols, and ICU policies.
