About the Role:
Join Mediaid Healthcare LLP as a Ward Nurse in Kutch, Gujarat, and contribute to patient care in a dynamic environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide nursing care to patients admitted in hospital wards as per physician’s orders.
- Monitor and record vital signs, intake–output, and overall patient condition.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments accurately and on time.
- Assist doctors during ward rounds and carry out prescribed medical procedures.
- Maintain patient records, nursing notes, and shift handover documentation.
- Ensure patient comfort, hygiene, mobility, and basic daily care needs.
- Observe patients for any change in condition and report abnormalities promptly.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- A BSc Nursing or GNM qualification.
- 0 to 5 years of work experience.
- Skills including attention to detail, communication, infection control, and team coordination.
