Your Core Responsibilities: - Diagnose and manage disorders of the endocrine system, including diabetes, thyroid, adrenal, pituitary, and metabolic bone diseases. - Provide outpatient, inpatient, and emergency endocrine consultations. - Interpret laboratory investigations, hormonal assays, and imaging studies relevant to endocrine disorders. - Develop individualized management plans including medical, lifestyle, and surgical referrals when required. - Monitor chronic endocrine conditions and adjust therapies for optimal patient outcomes. - Counsel patients on disease management, diet, lifestyle modifications, and preventive care. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including cardiology, nephrology, and nutrition services. - Supervise, mentor, and train junior doctors, residents, and allied healthcare staff. - Maintain accurate patient records and ensure adherence to clinical guidelines and hospital protocols.
