About the Role: As a Cath Lab Scrub Nurse, you will play a crucial role in assisting cardiologists during interventional procedures, ensuring patient safety and a sterile environment.
What You'll Be Doing: - Assist cardiologists during angiography, angioplasty, and other interventional procedures. - Prepare and maintain a sterile field in the Cath Lab. - Set up instruments, catheters, stents, and other required equipment. - Anticipate surgeon needs and provide instruments promptly during procedures. - Monitor patient condition and support the team during emergencies. - Ensure correct handling and counting of surgical instruments. - Assist in pre-procedure patient preparation and post-procedure care. - Maintain procedure documentation and ensure equipment traceability.
