About the Role: As a Resident Medical Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive medical care to patients in our hospital.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide 24/7 medical care and emergency treatment to patients in the hospital. - Conduct routine rounds and monitor patients’ progress. - Diagnose illnesses and prescribe appropriate medications or treatments. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records. - Coordinate with specialists and other healthcare staff for patient care. - Perform minor medical procedures and assist in major ones as needed. - Respond promptly to medical emergencies and stabilize critical patients. - Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, safety, and hygiene standards. - Educate patients and families on treatment plans and preventive care.
