About the Role: As the HDU Nursing Incharge, you will play a crucial role in supervising and managing nursing activities in the High Dependency Unit (HDU), ensuring high-quality patient care for critically ill and post-operative patients.
What You'll Be Doing: - Supervise and manage all nursing activities in the High Dependency Unit (HDU). - Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care for critically ill and post-operative patients. - Allocate duties, monitor nursing staff performance, and ensure adequate shift coverage. - Coordinate with doctors and multidisciplinary teams for patient management. - Oversee the maintenance and proper functioning of medical equipment and monitors. - Ensure adherence to infection control, safety, and hospital protocols. - Review and maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records. - Provide clinical guidance, training, and mentorship to HDU nursing staff.
