About the Role: As the PICU Nursing Incharge, you will play a crucial role in supervising and managing nursing operations in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), ensuring the delivery of safe and high-quality care to critically ill pediatric patients.
What You'll Be Doing: - Supervise and manage all nursing operations in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). - Ensure delivery of safe and high-quality nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients. - Allocate duties, prepare shift schedules, and monitor staff performance. - Coordinate with pediatricians, intensivists, and multidisciplinary teams for patient management. - Oversee the use, maintenance, and calibration of PICU medical equipment and monitors. - Ensure adherence to infection control, safety, and pediatric care protocols. - Review nursing documentation, medication charts, and patient care records for accuracy. - Train and guide nursing staff in pediatric critical care and emergency procedures.
