About the Role: As a Junior Resident Dentist, you will play a crucial role in providing quality dental care and improving patient outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing: - Perform routine dental examinations and oral health assessments. - Assist in dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and minor surgeries. - Provide patient education on oral hygiene and preventive care. - Record and maintain accurate patient dental records and treatment history. - Monitor and follow up on patients’ post-treatment recovery. - Assist senior dentists in complex dental procedures. - Ensure sterilization and maintenance of dental instruments and equipment. - Comply with infection control, safety, and hospital protocols. - Participate in training, workshops, and departmental meetings.
