About the Role: As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life.
What You'll Be Doing: - Adhering to departmental policies, protocols, and procedures. - Developing rehabilitation programs to help rebuild lost skills and restore patient confidence. - Performing occupational therapy procedures as per the rehabilitation program. - Mentoring patients on behavior control and assisting them in overcoming physical and mental challenges. - Writing reports and attending multidisciplinary case meetings to plan and review ongoing treatment. - Handling both outpatient and inpatient treatments. - Educating patients and their families on injury prevention and healthy lifestyles. - Participating in educational programs and clinical research.
