About the Role: As a Clinical Pharmacologist, you will play a crucial role in evaluating the appropriateness and effectiveness of patients' medications, ensuring optimal patient care.
What You'll Be Doing: - Evaluate the appropriateness and effectiveness of the patients medications - Auditing storage of Narcotics/ High alert medication/ LASA medicines - Patient Counselling - Checking antibiotic regimen - Counsel discharged patients about anti coagulants - New drug information to be shared with PTC - Presenting new drug information to PTC committee - Medication therapy management - Awareness about common drugs to hospital about safety - Maintaining quality indicators
