About the Role: As a Clinical Assistant in Anesthesia, you will play a vital role in providing medical cover and ensuring patient safety during procedures.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide routine and emergency medical cover during hours of duty. - Follow clinical safety, hygiene, and infection control protocols. - Participate in teaching programs for postgraduate students and RMOs. - Identify complex health problems and report to the concerned doctor. - Supervise daily clinical management of patients alongside PG students and nursing teams. - Prescribe pain management medications as necessary. - Conduct Pre-Anaesthesia Checks and monitor patients during anesthesia under supervision. - Manage areas requiring moderate procedural sedation. - Follow on-call and duty rota as per departmental requirements. - Contribute to the Quality Improvement Initiative of the organization.
