About the Role: As a Pathologist at SRL Diagnostics, you will play a crucial role in providing accurate diagnostic services that impact patient care.
What You'll Be Doing: - Planning, organizing, and monitoring various activities and processes of the section, including pre-analytical variables. - Assigning and deploying human resources to provide timely lab diagnostic services in the area of CRS Lab. - Training, motivating, developing, and guiding the human resource to enhance workplace effectiveness. - Reviewing slides and providing diagnostic reports to clients. - Interacting with doctors for test ordering practices, clarifications, and counseling patients whenever circumstances permit. - Participating in CMEs/Conferences to influence the perception of doctors.
