Make a Difference in Patient Care: As an Emergency Medicine Physician, you will play a crucial role in providing immediate medical care to patients in critical situations.
How You'll Contribute: - Provide medical cover, both routine and emergency, during hours of duty. - Perform essential procedures such as Central line placement, IV Channelization, and Intubation. - Operate medical instruments, including Ventilators, while adhering to clinical safety protocols. - Monitor patients and identify complex health problems, reporting to the concerned doctor. - Supervise daily clinical management under the guidance of Consultants. - Assist Consultants during rounds and prepare discharge summaries. - Participate in Quality Improvement Initiatives and follow departmental on-call and duty rotas.
Skills to Succeed: - Strong communication skills with patients, families, and healthcare colleagues. - Ability to prescribe pain management medications and complete treatment sheets accurately. - Commitment to following hygiene and infection control protocols.
