About the Role: As a Doctor / Consultant at Praba's VCare Health Clinic, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring client satisfaction.
What You'll Be Doing: - Honour the clients and provide the best consultation. - Take ownership of the treatment of clients. - Ensure a hygienic ambience of the branch. - Ensure clients receive proper results and follow-ups. - Oversee the execution of treatment by therapists as per SOPs. - Handle client issues in a professional manner. - Safeguard medical equipment and company assets. - Maintain records related to treatment results and testimonials. - Notify escalations and client information to the branch manager. - Guide and mentor support staff. - Achieve assigned revenue targets. - Meet brand standards consistently.
