About the Role: As a Duty Doctor at Jhunjhunwala Hospital, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care in the ICU, ER, and wards.
What You'll Be Doing: - Examine all patients upon admission in designated clinical areas. - Order investigations under the guidance of the Consultant or departmental Head. - Document patients' history and fill out necessary forms as required. - Consult and refer patients to specialists as per clinical protocols. - Remain in the ward during duty hours, except for approved breaks. - Conduct handovers at the bedside at the beginning and end of shifts. - Correct any clerical errors promptly. - Train nurses and support staff as needed. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care.
