Make a Difference in Patient Care: As a Jr. Intensivist in our ICU Department, you will play a crucial role in the assessment and management of critically ill patients, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care.
How You'll Contribute: - Assessment, monitoring, and review of patients with or at risk of developing critical illness. - Provision of organ system support, including the use of inotropes and vasopressors. - Management of mechanical ventilation and invasive monitoring techniques. - Conducting endotracheal intubation and percutaneous dilatational tracheostomy. - Measurement of cardiac output and renal support using haemodialysis or hemofiltration. - Transfer of critically ill patients for specialist investigations and interventions.
Skills to Succeed: - Relevant medical degree (MD preferred). - Strong clinical skills in critical care medicine. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
