About the Role: As a Junior Consultant in CTVS, you will play a crucial role in providing specialized care to patients, ensuring high standards of treatment and consultation.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide timely consultation services to all patients in the outpatient setting. - Perform surgical services in the operating theatre and day surgery units. - Respond to requests for inpatient consultations. - Lead and participate in ward rounds, providing specialist care to inpatients. - Ensure all patients have a planned discharge and provide comprehensive discharge summaries. - Collaborate with other doctors as part of a multidisciplinary team. - Participate in relevant multi-disciplinary meetings and provide clinical leadership to junior medical colleagues.
