About the Role: As a Resident Medical Officer, you will play a crucial role in coordinating patient care and ensuring the highest standards of medical service.
What You'll Be Doing: - Coordinate inpatient pediatric sampling, cannulation, and procedures. - Ensure timely closure of clinical instructions for inpatients. - Monitor patients periodically and address their complaints. - Supervise departmental activities and manage pre and post-operative care. - Liaise between doctors, nurses, and technicians to enhance patient care. - Maintain accurate records of all patients admitted to the department. - Report to senior management and assist in administrative duties.
