About the Role: As a Registrar in Emergency Medicine, you will play a crucial role in providing immediate care to patients in critical situations.
What You'll Be Doing: - Attend to new patients immediately and complete the initial assessment sheet within 2 hours of admission. - Take a proper history of the patient from the patient or their nearest relative. - Examine and document findings accurately. - Check previous records, if available, and document significant findings. - Instruct nursing staff about necessary orders to be carried out. - Assist in preparing detailed discharge/death/DAMA summaries and obtain the consultant's signature.
